Senior Tyre Fitter / Tyre Centre Manager - Malling Tyres – Maidstone

Malling Tyres is a new and fast-growing tyre division of an established automotive business in Maidstone. We are building a modern, professional and customer-focused tyre brand specialising in same-day tyre fitting, fast turnaround and excellent customer service.

We are looking for an experienced and reliable Senior Tyre Fitter / Tyre Centre Manager to take ownership of the day-to-day running of the tyre operation.

This is not just a tyre fitting role. We are looking for someone who is confident dealing with customers, managing bookings, handling enquiries and helping build a highly rated local tyre business.

Responsibilities:

Tyre fitting, balancing and puncture repairs
Managing tyre bookings and daily workflow
Answering customer calls, WhatsApp and email enquiries
Quoting tyres and ordering stock from suppliers
Maintaining fast turnaround times and excellent customer service
Ensuring workshop cleanliness and organisation
Advising customers on suitable tyre options
Assisting with the growth and reputation of the business

The Ideal Candidate:

Minimum 3 years tyre fitting experience
Confident fitting low-profile and run-flat tyres
Good understanding of TPMS systems and wheel balancing
Strong communication and customer service skills
Organised and able to work independently
Calm under pressure in a busy environment
Professional appearance and attitude
Full UK driving licence preferred
