Full job description

Role Overview:

We are looking for a motivated and efficient Lettings Assistant to support the Summertown Lettings Team.

This is an predominantly an office-based role and you will be expected to use email, answer telephone calls and deal with walk-in enquiries in an efficient and timely manner. You may be required to work independently in the office, so the ability to manage tasks confidently while lone working is essential.

You will also be required to assist with viewings so a driving licence and access to a vehicle is essential.

Please note - This is a 0 hour contract and you will be expected to provide support on Saturdays as and when required between the hours of 9am-4pm. You may also be required during the week between the hours of 9am-6pm.

Key Responsibilities:

Meet and greet clients in the office
General office administration including updating window displays, brochure mail outs and ensuring the key register is kept up to date
Registering applicants on to the database (Reapit) – training will be given
Arranging and assisting with pitch and viewing appointments
Experience in a previous role would be preferred but not essential.

Be confident, proactive and have good initiative
Take pride in your work and enjoy delivering first-class customer service
Have a comprehensive knowledge of Summertown and the surrounding areas
Enjoy dealing with people
