Full job description

Company: Flux Fire Protection Group Limited

Location: Location will be near Shepley Bridge Marina, Mirfield, West Yorkshire. We are transitioning to a new office location and interviews will be held at our current office in Cleckheaton. Initial few months of work will be based in Cleckheaton before transitioning permanently to our new premises in Mirfield.

Position: Sales & Office Co-ordinator

About us: Flux Fire Protection Group Ltd is one of the UK's leading passive fire protection contractors, delivering firestopping, fire doors, compartmentation surveys, fire curtains and specialist fire protection works across the country.

Due to continued growth, we are looking for a highly organised Sales & Office Coordinator to support our Business Development Manager and office team.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone looking for a professional office-based role with family-friendly working hours.

Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 3:00pm - flexible for the right candidate, we are positioning this role to work for candidates around school runs, childcare commitments and the like if required, to be an attractive position with a good work / life routine and balance. Hours could be offered at full time 9-5 if the candidate wanted.

The Role: You'll play a key role in supporting our sales and commercial team, helping ensure enquiries are processed efficiently and clients receive excellent service.

Typical duties will include:

Answering incoming telephone calls
Handling sales enquiries received via phone and email
Creating and managing enquiry folders and project records
Uploading and organising project documentation
Assisting with quotation administration
Following up quotations and outstanding information requests
Maintaining CRM records (Pipedrive)
Liaising with clients, suppliers and subcontractors
Assisting the Contract Managers with producing & issuing RAMs to clients, and O&M handover packs on completion of each project
General office administration and support

About You: We're looking for someone who is:

Organised and detail-orientated
Friendly and professional on the telephone
Comfortable using Microsoft Office
Confident managing emails and administration tasks
Able to work independently and prioritise workload
Previous office administration, sales administration or customer service experience would be advantageous

Construction industry experience is helpful but not essential.
