The Opportunity

We are looking for a commercially minded Part-Qualified Management Accountant to join our growing finance team and work closely with the Founders, Managing Director, and senior leadership team.

This role will be central to providing timely and accurate management information across the group, supporting decision-making, improving financial visibility, and helping the business scale effectively as new practices join the Ark Dentistry family.

The successful candidate will gain exposure to both strategic and operational finance, working directly with senior stakeholders in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment where their contribution will have a genuine impact.

Key Responsibilities

Preparation of monthly management accounts across multiple dental practices
Producing monthly financial packs with insightful commentary and variance analysis
Supporting budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management processes
Assisting the Founders and Managing Director with financial reporting and commercial decision-making
Monitoring key performance indicators and identifying trends across the group
Providing profitability analysis by practice, clinician, and service line
Supporting month-end and year-end processes
Working closely with operational teams to improve financial understanding and accountability
Identifying opportunities to improve reporting processes, systems, and controls
Supporting acquisition activity, practice integrations, and future growth initiatives
Liaising with external accountants and advisors where required

About You

Part-qualified ACA, ACCA, or CIMA
Previous experience in a Management Accountant, Assistant Management Accountant, or similar finance role
Strong understanding of management accounts preparation and financial reporting
Commercially aware with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent attention to detail and organisational abilities
Confident communicator capable of working closely with senior stakeholders and non-finance teams
Comfortable operating within a growing and evolving business environment
Strong Excel and financial systems knowledge
Experience within healthcare, multi-site, or service-led businesses would be advantageous
