Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Used Car Sales Executive to join our reputable dealership. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of sales management, and the ability to connect with a diverse range of clients. This role offers an exciting opportunity to utilise your organisational skills to drive sales and enhance customer satisfaction. The position suitable for individuals eager to develop their career within the automotive industry.

Responsibilities

Engage with prospective customers both in person, online and via phone to promote used vehicle offerings.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication and personalised service.
Utilise CRM software to track leads, manage customer data, and follow up on sales opportunities efficiently.
Upsell additional products or services to maximise sales potential while ensuring customer needs are met.
Manage the entire sales process from initial enquiry through to closing the deal, ensuring a seamless experience for the customer.
Collaborate with the sales team to achieve individual and team targets.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current vehicle stock, features, and industry trends.
Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and organisational skills during all customer interactions.

Experience

Proven experience in car sales
Demonstrable success in upselling products and achieving sales targets.
Strong communication skills, including clear verbal articulation and active listening abilities.
Familiarity with CRM software systems used for managing customer relationships and sales pipelines.
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
Experience in maintaining professional phone etiquette and delivering outstanding customer service.
Experience in F&I products including finance and warranty. This role offers an engaging environment for motivated individuals passionate about automotive sales and customer service excellence. Candidates should be organised, proactive, and eager to contribute to our dealership’s success through effective sales strategies and exceptional client engagement.
