The Role
We are seeking a Negotiator/Sales progressor to join the team in our Ross-On-Wye office. This is an office based, customer-facing role where your people skills and enthusiasm for property will make a real difference.
Key Responsibilities
· Registering applicants
· Booking in viewings and valuations
· General office admin
· Negotiating offers between buyers and sellers
· Progressing sales through to completion
· Maintaining regular contact with vendors, purchasers, solicitors and mortgage brokers
· Generating valuations and business opportunities from enquiries
· Providing excellent customer service both in person and over the telephone and email
· Ensuring accurate records are maintained on our CRM system
About You

- Experienced in sales or customer service
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Motivated and determined attitude, committed to winning more business and driving the company forward
- Comfortable working both independently and as part of a small team
Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Background in sales or customer service (estate agency experience an advantage)
- Full UK driving licence (preferred)
- Good IT and organisational skills
- A positive, can-do attitude with willingness to go the extra mile

Working Hours
- Monday, Tuesday & Friday: 9:00am – 5:30pm
- Every other Saturday: 9:00am – 1:00pm
- Lunch: 1 hour, staggered to ensure the office remains open
- Please note: Some later finishes will be required for viewings
Holidays
16 days plus bank holidays falling on normal working days (January to December).
Salary
Depending on experience. Starting at £16,500
Start Date
As soon as possible.
