The Role

As an IFA Administrator, you'll provide essential support to advisers while ensuring clients receive a professional and efficient experience throughout their financial planning journey.

Key Responsibilities

Preparing documentation and packs for client meetings
Managing follow-up actions and client communications
Acting as a key point of contact for clients and providers
Processing new business applications and illustrations
Liaising with providers and investment platforms
Managing fund switches and portfolio rebalances
Coordinating ongoing review processes
Maintaining accurate client records and internal systems
Supporting wider operational and administrative workflows

About You

The successful candidate will ideally have:

Previous experience within IFA, financial planning, or wealth management administration
Strong understanding of financial products, platforms, and industry processes
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
The ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
A proactive and professional approach
