Full job description

We are seeking a driven and experienced Sales Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our fast-growing team at Green Shift Energy. This is a key recruitment role focused on attracting, engaging, and securing top sales talent to support our continued growth. You will play an integral part in building high-performing sales teams by identifying exceptional candidates, managing the recruitment process from start to finish, and delivering an outstanding candidate experience. Working closely with hiring managers, you will ensure we recruit individuals who align with our company values, culture, and ambitious business objectives. Key Responsibilities:

Source, attract, and recruit high-calibre candidates for a range of sales positions, including Energy Consultants, Lead Generators, Closers, Team Managers, and other commercial roles.
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from advertising vacancies through to onboarding successful candidates.
Proactively search for candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, social media platforms, referrals, and networking opportunities.
Conduct telephone and face-to-face interviews to assess candidate suitability, experience, motivation, and cultural fit.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of quality candidates to support ongoing business growth.
Arrange and coordinate interviews with hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and professional recruitment process.
Develop strong relationships with hiring managers to understand recruitment requirements and workforce planning.
Promote Green Shift Energy as an employer of choice through engaging recruitment campaigns and employer branding initiatives.
Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment activity using the company Applicant Tracking System (ATS) or CRM.
Ensure all recruitment processes comply with employment legislation and company policies.
Monitor recruitment performance, reporting on key metrics including time-to-hire, interview conversion rates, and offer acceptance.
Attend recruitment events, careers fairs, and networking opportunities to attract top talent.
Continuously identify new recruitment strategies and sourcing methods to improve hiring success and candidate quality.

Skills & Qualifications:

Proven experience within recruitment, talent acquisition, or sales recruitment.
Previous experience recruiting for sales or commercial roles is highly desirable.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills.
Self-motivated, organised, and able to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.
Target-driven with a proactive approach to sourcing high-quality candidates.
Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), CRM systems, and Microsoft Office applications.
Strong organisational and time management skills with excellent attention to detail.
A positive, professional attitude with a genuine passion for identifying and developing talent.
Ability to work effectively within a fast-paced and growing business environment.
