Job Title: Office Junior / Junior Administrator Apprentice - Please Note: This is a junior role

This role has an immediate start available and apprenticeship offered.

Job Summary:
We are seeking an enthusiastic Office Junior / Administrative Assistant to join our rapidly expanding team. The ideal candidate will provide clerical and administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office and will undertake a variety of tasks such as data entry, managing phone calls, organising files.

Duties:
- Perform clerical duties, including filing, photocopying, and scanning documents
- Answer and direct phone calls with professionalism and excellent phone etiquette
- Assist in data entry tasks to maintain accurate records
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Organise and schedule appointments
- Assist in resolving any administrative problems
- Computerise information for databases

Requirements:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritise work
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multi-task
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills

- Willingness to learn new skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
