Job Summary

Hours: Flexible (approx. 1–2 days per week)Are you organized, reliable, and looking for a flexible local role that fits around your schedule?

We are a well-established building contractor based in Dartmouth, and we’re looking for a part-time Admin Assistant to join our team and help keep our day-to-day operations running smoothly.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Managing daily correspondence, emails, and phone calls

Organizing paperwork, schedules, and job files

Assisting with invoicing and general office bookkeeping

Supporting the team to keep projects running seamlessly

What We’re Looking For:

Strong organizational skills and good attention to detail

Comfortable using basic office software and computers

A proactive, friendly attitude and the ability to work independently

Experience in construction admin is a bonus, but not essential!

What We Offer:True Flexibility: Work 1 to 2 days a week with flexible hours to suit your routine.

Location Choice: Work primarily from home, or pop into the on-site office if you prefer—whatever works best for you! Occasional site meetings likely required
