Full job description

Scott Cohen Solicitors Limited are currently recruiting for new members based in and around Liverpool to act as Senior Case Managers/Paralegals with an immediate start to an active and varied caseload within a specialised area.

Knowledge & Skills Required:

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3 years prior experience as a paralegal ideally within Property Litigation or in connection with any of the following areas: service charge recovery, civil litigation, breach of leasehold covenants, leasehold disputes, or transactional work to include conveyancing in which experience is obtained in review of leases and land registry applications. Training will be provided in all areas to complement the candidate's prior experience so that the successful candidate will be in a position to manage a varied caseload encompassing a range of areas. The successful candidate will be a self starter and possess excellent organisational and communication skills with the ability to work within a fast paced environment.

An indication of the starting salary has been supplied, and the salary offered will be dependent on experience.
