Start: Autumn 2026

The Opportunity
We are looking for a Senior Physiotherapist to join our growing team at Peacock Pain & Injury Clinic — someone who wants to deliver excellent hands-on care while also taking on additional responsibility within the clinic.
This is primarily a clinical role, treating patients and delivering high standards of care. Alongside this, you'll take on added responsibilities and accountability — supporting team training and onboarding, contributing to recruitment, and helping oversee clinical standards, patient numbers, and processes across the clinic.
It's a genuine opportunity for an experienced Physiotherapist to grow their career, build strong relationships across the clinic and local community, and help shape the practice going forward.
Who This Role Is For
We're ideally looking for a Physiotherapist with significant post-qualification experience. That said, a candidate with 3–4 years' experience — but with excellent MSK, private practice, or sports experience and the right skill set — would also be a great fit, so please don't let years alone put you off applying.
This role would suit someone who:
- Has strong MSK clinical experience and is confident working independently at a high standard
- Is comfortable taking on additional responsibility and accountability alongside clinical work
- Is proactive, process-driven, and enjoys contributing to a well-run, well-organised clinic
- Has excellent time management and can balance clinical caseload with additional duties
- Communicates clearly and builds strong relationships — with patients, colleagues, and the wider local network
- Is a genuine team player who supports and helps develop those around them
- Takes pride and ownership in delivering excellent patient outcomes
