Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced individual to serve as Chief Executive Officer (Voluntary Basis) for our organisation. This leadership role involves guiding the organisation towards its strategic objectives, ensuring effective management, and fostering sustainable growth. The ideal candidate will possess strong management and leadership skills, with a commitment to advancing our mission and values. Duties

Provide strategic direction and oversee the organisation’s overall operations.
Lead and motivate the management team to achieve organisational goals.

Foster relationships with stakeholders, including partners, donors, and community members.
Represent the organisation at public events, meetings, and conferences to promote its mission.

Monitor organisational performance and implement improvements as necessary.

Requirements

Proven management experience with a track record of successful leadership roles.
Strong leadership qualities with the ability to inspire and guide teams.
Supervising experience in a similar organisational setting is highly desirable.
Sound financial management skills, including budgeting and resource optimisation.
Excellent organisational and strategic planning abilities.
Commitment to the organisation’s mission and values.
Ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders.
