Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Operations Food and Beverage Manager to oversee the daily operations of our hospitality establishment. Responsibilities

- Supervise daily service activities, including serving customers, managing reservations, and handling special events or functions.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness standards across all areas of the establishment.
- Monitor inventory levels, order supplies as needed, and manage stock control to minimise waste.
- Develop menus in collaboration with culinary staff, incorporating innovative dishes while maintaining operational efficiency.
- Lead by example in delivering excellent customer service and resolving any issues promptly to enhance guest satisfaction.
- Implement operational policies and procedures to optimise workflow and productivity.
Experience
- Proven management experience within the food service or hospitality industry, preferably in a restaurant setting.
- Extensive background in food production, cooking, serving, and food preparation.
- Demonstrable supervisory experience leading kitchen or front-of-house teams.
- Strong knowledge of food safety standards and best practices in culinary operations.
- Experience in hospitality management roles with a focus on leadership and team development.
- Familiarity with barista experience or beverage service is advantageous but not essential.
- A background in culinary arts or kitchen experience is highly desirable to support operational excellence.
