Full job description

Job Summary
We are seeking a meticulous Admin financial controller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining financial records, processing invoices, and managing accounts.

Duties
- Record day-to-day financial transactions
- Prepare and send invoices to clients
- Reconcile bank statements
- Monitor accounts payable and receivable
- Generate financial reports
- Assist with payroll processing

Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or similar role
- Proficiency in accounting software such as Sage or QuickBooks
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent organisational skills
- Good knowledge of bookkeeping procedures and regulations

Desirable Skills:
- AAT qualification
- Experience in VAT returns
