Responsibilities: Here's what your journey with us entails:

Ensure daily Risk Proof records are completed accurately and in a timely manner.

Assist with Fire Life Safety and water life safety record keeping.
-
Work with the Engineering Manager to ensure all COSHH and Health & Safety records are current for audit purposes.

Assist in the property’s work management system to ensure allocation of jobs within the Engineering team. To monitor completion of all scheduled tasks.

Order necessary equipment, tools and uniform required by the on-property Engineering function to include processing of invoices.

Undertake administrative work to support ongoing and upcoming project works.

Oversee the department statutory training records to ensure monthly compliance.

Ensure all work practices adhere to company and statutory legislation with due diligence at all times.

Ensure all work is carried out to a consistently high standard.
Safety and Company Policies:

Follow all company and safety and security policies and procedures.

Report maintenance needs, accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to the manager.
