What You’ll Do

Build rapport and develop strong relationships with prospective clients over the phone.
Work through a warm pipeline using our CRM to meet activity and sales KPIs.
Understand each client’s business needs and recommend the right insurance solutions.
Explain policy features and benefits clearly and confidently.
Identify opportunities to cross‑sell or upsell additional cover where appropriate.
Maintain accurate records and ensure full FCA compliance.

High attention to detail when processing client information.

Insurance experience is preferred but isn’t required — we’ll give you full training. What matters most is your personality, drive, and ambition.
