Summary
We are seeking a flexible and enthusiastic Early Years Teaching Assistant (TA3) to join our team and support the opening of our new pre-school provision. This role will involve working closely alongside the Reception Class Teacher and our existing Early Years team to provide high-quality care and learning experiences for our youngest pupils.
The successful candidate will be adaptable, proactive, and committed to supporting childrens development through play-based learning and positive relationships. The role may suit one individual working full time, or two people sharing the role, with hours covering the core school day as well as additional responsibilities such as lunch duty and supporting before- and after-school clubs.

Essential Qualifications
Level 3 qualification in Early Years / Childcare (e.g. CACHE Level 3, NVQ Level 3 or equivalent
Desirable Qualifications
Level 2 or equivalent qualification in English/Literacy and Mathematics/Numeracy
Essential Experience
- Previous experience of working with young children in an early years setting
- Sound knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework
A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
