OVERALL PURPOSE OF POSITION:
Responsible for overseeing the quality and efficiency of food and beverage service within the hotel. Ensures consistently high service standards are maintained for all guests by leading, managing, and motivating the team during shifts. Acts as a key liaison between staff and management to deliver a seamless and exceptional dining experience.
Requirements for a Food & Beverage Supervisor;
- Friendly, outgoing and motivated to go the extra mile for guests and colleagues.
- Excellent personal appearance and hygiene standards .
- Inspirational leadership skills.
- Great attention to detail Knowledge of industry related regulations.
- To maintain a high standard of internal and external customer care by responding to guest requests and requirements, communicating respectfully with colleagues and other departments.
- Experience in Hospitality system such as Res-Diary preferred but not essential
- Track record of delivering results through exceptional service standards
- Attention to the smallest detail
- A passion for hospitality and great customer service Friendly, courteous, and helpful, with excellent communication skills
