SALARY : £12.89 per hour + TRONC, Paid Weekly!

HOURS: 32 hours, Full Time, including weekends.

More than just a farm, Daylesford is a vibrant destination for food lovers, wellness seekers, along with beautifully curated retail spaces, bringing together exceptional organic produce and nourishing experiences in a truly unique setting.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re looking for a passionate and reliable Back of House Retail Team Member to join our fantastic Farm Shop team.

In this vital role, you’ll help keep our shop running smoothly and efficiently behind the scenes. From managing and organising stock to supporting the shop floor, you’ll play a key part in ensuring our customers enjoy a seamless shopping experience.

If you’re proactive, detail-oriented, and enjoy working as part of a friendly, fast-paced team, we’d love to hear from you.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Receive and unpack stock accurately, ensuring items are placed in the correct warehouse locations
Rotate stock regularly to maintain compliance with food safety protocols
Merchandise products in the farm shop according to visual standards, ensuring displays are tidy and appealing
Keep the shop clean, organized, and presentable at all times
Maintain a clean and safe working environment throughout the warehouse and shop
Bring our purpose to life by driving meaningful social and environmental improvements, contributing to our journey as a B Corp, and aligning with our sustainability vision.
Inspire and empower our customers, suppliers, and partners to live and work more consciously, creating a lasting positive impact on the world.

SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS

Ensure accurate stock handling, placement, and rotation in line with safety protocols
Always come with a energetic and hardworking mindset and a strong willingness to learn and grow within your role
Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Collaborate effectively with colleagues and maintain clear communication
Capable of performing manual handling tasks and standing for extended periods
