Job Title: Inside Sales Executive

Location: DCW Greendale Business Park, Exeter

Hours: Full time – 37.5 hours per week, Monday-Friday

Salary: £28,673 - £31,257 basic salary + Commission + Benefits

About the Role:

Ready to take your sales career to the next level? We’re looking for a driven and energetic Inside Sales Executive to play a vital role in driving sales growth for our DCW contract, helping businesses find the right waste management solutions.

What will I be doing?

Making high-volume outbound calls and handling inbound enquiries
Generating and converting new business leads
Building strong relationships and closing sales over the phone
Managing your pipeline through CRM and smashing sales targets
Working closely with teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new contracts
Engaging in customer feedback to ensure service offerings meet customer expectations.
Working within company policies and procedures to ensure compliance with statutory regulations and business objectives.

What we're looking for

Experience in telesales or outbound sales (B2B or B2C)
A confident communicator with a real passion for sales
Target-driven, resilient, and motivated to succeed
Comfortable making high volumes of calls
Strong organisational skills and good IT/CRM knowledge
A team player who brings energy and positivity
