In-House Videographer & Content Creator

GoLive | Full-Time | Newcastle upon Tyne

About GoLive

GoLive is a fast-growing social commerce agency specialising in TikTok Shop and Live Commerce. We work with ambitious brands to build, operate and scale their presence on TikTok through live shopping, creators, content and commerce.

We're building something exciting, and we're looking for a talented Videographer & Content Creator to capture the journey.

This is an internal creative role focused entirely on the GoLive brand, documenting what happens behind the scenes, creating standout social content and helping turn the people, projects and growth of GoLive into a brand people want to follow.

The Role

We're looking for someone who always has a camera ready.

You'll work closely with the founders and wider GoLive team to capture the day-to-day reality of building and growing the business, from studio builds and client launches to meetings, events, team moments and everything happening behind the scenes.

A major part of the role will be developing vlog-style and personality-led content, alongside high-quality short-form videos for TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn and other platforms.

We don't want overly corporate agency content. We want content that feels current, entertaining, authentic and native to social media.

What You'll Be Doing

Film and document the day-to-day journey of GoLive
Create regular behind-the-scenes and vlog-style content
Follow the founders and team to capture meetings, launches, events and key moments
Produce TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts and LinkedIn video content
Develop longer-form vlog and YouTube-style content
Film inside our studios and capture the scale of our Live Commerce operation
Edit fast-paced, engaging social-first videos
Turn everyday moments inside the business into compelling content
Create founder-led and team-led content
Capture office culture and the personalities behind GoLive
Film events, trips, activations and important company milestones
Identify content opportunities rather than waiting to be told what to film
Develop recurring content formats and series for the GoLive brand
Keep on top of social trends, editing styles and emerging content formats
Manage footage, editing workflows and our internal content library
Help develop the overall visual identity and content style of GoLive

What We're Looking For

We're less interested in qualifications and more interested in whether you can shoot, edit and tell a great story.

You'll ideally have:

Strong videography and editing skills
Experience creating social-first video content
Excellent knowledge of TikTok, Instagram Reels and YouTube
Confidence filming people naturally in a working environment
Strong understanding of pacing, hooks, storytelling and retention
Experience with professional cameras, lighting and audio
Strong editing ability using Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve or similar
An eye for moments that could become great content
The confidence to bring ideas to the team and experiment
The ability to work quickly without sacrificing quality

The Person

This role would suit someone who is creative, ambitious and obsessed with content.

You should be the type of person who sees something happening and immediately thinks:

“We should be filming this.”

You'll have significant creative freedom, so we're looking for someone who can take ownership rather than simply work through a list of briefs.

GoLive moves quickly. One day you could be filming behind the scenes of a major TikTok Live, the next documenting a new studio build, travelling to an event or following the founders for a day-in-the-life vlog.
