Overview

Pandora World Ltd operates in the retail and wholesale supply of mobile phones, accessories and consumer-electronic products. We also provide repair services for mobile phones, tablets and laptops.

We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Social Media and Public Relations Manager to elevate our brand presence across digital platforms and foster positive relationships with our audiences.. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated professional passionate about storytelling, community building, and brand advocacy.

Duties

Develop and execute innovative social media strategies across multiple platforms to increase brand awareness and audience engagement.
Create, curate, and schedule engaging content that aligns with brand voice and marketing goals.
Monitor social media channels daily, respond promptly to comments and messages, and foster active community participation.
Build and maintain strong relationships with media outlets, journalists, influencers, and community partners to secure positive coverage and collaborations.
Plan and coordinate public relations campaigns, press releases, events, and outreach initiatives to promote organizational achievements and initiatives.
Stay informed on industry trends, platform updates, and best practices to ensure our communication remains fresh, relevant, and effective.
* Develop and implement social-media and public-relations strategies.
* Manage the Company’s social-media channels and online reputation.
* Plan promotional campaigns for retail and wholesale products.
* Prepare and coordinate customer communications and promotional content.
* Promote new products, services and seasonal offers.
* Monitor customer feedback, online reviews and campaign performance.
* Maintain consistent brand communications across all channels.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, commerce or a related subject.
Relevant experience in social media, public relations, marketing or customer communications.
Strong communication, content-planning, analytical and organisational skills.
Experience in mobile phones, consumer electronics, retail or wholesale is desirable.
Ability to develop strategic plans that align with organizational goals while demonstrating creativity and initiative.
Experience in managing media relationships and executing successful PR campaigns.
Knowledge of current trends in digital marketing, influencer outreach, and community engagement.
Public relations expertise is highly desirable to effectively manage reputation-building activities.
