Full job description

Job Description: Mobile Supervisor

Hours: Between 36 and 48 per week

Rate: £13.38 per hour

Job Purpose:

· Providing a first-class service to our clients ensuring their property is safe and secure.

· To respond to out of hours alarm activations and other security issues as and when they arise, resolving or escalating as necessary.

· To support onsite security offices

Key Accountabilities and responsibilities

· Scheduled lock up and unlocks of client sites.

· Responding to alarm activations by attending site and resolving the reasons for the activation, escalating where necessary

· Regular/Irregular Site Inspection Patrols of the Assignments

· Providing welfare visits to onsite security offices

· Training and development of staff;

· Ensuring all incidents are logged accurately and timely.

· Highlighting any issues or concerns to the Control room and/or Control & Key Holding Manager

· Assisting with Key Audits.

· Security guarding cover as required.

· Conducting vehicle safety inspections at the beginning and end of each shift

· Health and Safety checks

· Ongoing support to drivers

· Identify and deliver additional training as and when required.

· DSR- overview to be provided at the end of each shift once de-briefed with the driver has taken place.

· Any issues on sites documented and timescales set to resolve these.

· Excellent time management

Qualifications:

· Current SIA licence

· An understanding of the SIA requirements, regulations and industry standards

· Hold a full clean UK Driving Licence
