About ATEX Premier Cleaning
ATEX Premier Cleaning is transforming how industrial and manufacturing sites clean at height. Our specialist high‑level cleaning system reaches up to 16 metres from the safety of the ground, eliminating the need for expensive, time‑consuming access equipment such as MEWPs, scaffolding, or cherry pickers.
Our approach is:
- Safer – no working at height
- Faster – minimal disruption
- More cost‑effective – no access equipment required
We demonstrate this through free on‑site demonstrations, proving to clients that there is a safer, smarter, and more efficient alternative to traditional high‑level cleaning.
We are now entering our next phase of growth. Historically, our social media activity focused on basic posting and simple graphics. That era is over. We are building a high‑performance inbound engine, and we need someone who can deliver strategic, conversion‑driven content from day one.

You will be responsible for elevating and driving lead generation across all platforms:

These channels are active — but not yet optimised for conversion.
Your mission is to get them firing on all cylinders, producing a minimum of 100 qualified leads per month across all platforms combined.
Role Purpose
This role exists for one reason:
To generate leads through strategic, high‑impact social media content.
Not posting for the sake of posting.
Not chasing likes.
Not “keeping the page active.”
You will build and manage a full social media lead‑generation ecosystem, working alongside our Senior Marketing Strategy Lead for commercial alignment — but you must bring a proven, data‑driven social media and lead‑generation strategy, with a clear track record of delivering measurable results.
This is a full‑time, permanent, office‑based role at our Head Office in Moulton Park Industrial Estate, NN3 6WL.
Experience is essential — you must be able to hit the ground running and consistently deliver 100+ qualified leads per month across all channels combined.
Key Responsibilities (In‑Depth)Content Creation & Lead‑Focused Campaigns
- Produce high‑quality, conversion‑driven content across LinkedIn, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and X.
- Create short‑form video content (Reels/TikTok/Shorts) showcasing demos, results, behind‑the‑scenes, and client outcomes.
- Develop strong hooks, CTAs, and messaging frameworks that drive enquiries, demo bookings, and website visits.
- Build content that supports the full funnel: awareness → interest → consideration → action.
- Repurpose content intelligently across platforms to maximise output and consistency.
Artwork, Graphics & Promotional Design
- Create professional artwork, graphics, and promotional materials for social media, email campaigns, and marketing collateral.
- Use Canva (or similar tools) to design high‑impact visuals that support campaigns and lead‑generation objectives.
- Develop promotional ideas and turn them into compelling visual assets (campaign graphics, demo promotions, seasonal offers, industry‑specific creatives).
- Update and maintain all product and service leaflets, brochures, and client‑facing booklets used during site visits, demonstrations, and sales meetings.
- Ensure all printed and digital materials remain accurate, up‑to‑date, and aligned with ATEX’s brand identity.
- Maintain a consistent visual identity across all platforms and collateral.
Email Marketing & Mailer Campaigns
- Create promotional mailers, newsletters, and nurture sequences using Mailchimp or Omnisend.
- Design all associated artwork and graphics for mailers and campaigns.
- Build automated flows for follow‑ups, demo reminders, and re‑engagement campaigns.
- Monitor open rates, click‑through rates, and conversions to continuously improve performance.
Lead Generation & Funnel Management
- Build and manage a social media lead‑generation funnel aligned with our sales process.
- Create landing‑page‑ready content that pushes prospects to book demos or request quotes.
- Track and optimise conversion points (click‑throughs, form submissions, DM enquiries, video watch‑time).
- Work with the Senior Marketing Strategy Lead to refine audience targeting and messaging.
Brand Positioning & Content Strategy
- Maintain a consistent, professional, and authoritative brand voice across all channels.
- Develop content pillars that reflect ATEX’s strengths: safety, innovation, cost‑efficiency, and live demonstrations.
- Showcase client success stories, case studies, before/after results, and industry insights.
- Ensure all content aligns with the company’s commercial goals and sales priorities.
Analytics, Reporting & Optimisation
- Track performance across all platforms using analytics tools (Meta Insights, TikTok Analytics, YouTube Studio, LinkedIn Analytics).
- Report weekly and monthly on KPIs: leads generated, engagement, reach, conversions, and ROI.
- Identify trends, opportunities, and underperforming areas — and implement improvements.
- Use data to guide content decisions, not guesswork.
Collaboration & Cross‑Team Support
- Work closely with the Senior Marketing Strategy Lead for alignment and campaign planning.
- Collaborate with the Sales Team to understand target sectors, objections, and client pain points.
- Support wider marketing initiatives including website updates, case studies, and trade show content.
- Manage inbound social enquiries and ensure they are passed to the sales team promptly.
Skills & Experience RequiredEssential
- Proven experience in social media management, content creation, or digital marketing.
- Demonstrable track record of lead generation, not just content posting.
- Strong video creation and editing skills (short‑form content is essential).
- Strong graphic design and artwork creation skills (Canva or similar).
- Ability to create promotional artwork and campaign visuals.
- Ability to write compelling, persuasive captions and CTAs.
- Understanding of social media algorithms, audience behaviour, and conversion psychology.
- Experience with email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, Omnisend, Klaviyo, etc.).
- Confident using analytics tools to measure and improve performance.
- Highly organised, proactive, and commercially minded.
- Able to hit the ground running with minimal onboarding.
Desirable
- Experience in B2B, industrial, facilities management, or service‑based sectors.
- Understanding of SEO principles and website content optimisation.
- Experience working in a fast‑paced, growth‑driven environment.
Interview & Assessment Process
To ensure we hire the right person, our recruitment process includes two stages:
Stage 1 — Shortlisted Candidate Task (Required Before Interview)
Candidates who pass the initial CV screening will be asked to complete a short practical task to assess content creation, artwork ability, and lead‑generation thinking:
Stage 1 Task:
- Create one promotional social media graphic (Canva or similar) promoting our Free On‑Site High‑Level Cleaning Demonstration
- Write a lead‑focused caption with a strong hook and CTA
- Provide three bullet points explaining the design choices and expected outcome
This task filters out weak candidates immediately.
Stage 2 — 90‑Day “Road to 100 Leads” Plan
Candidates who excel in Stage 1 will be invited to a formal interview and asked to produce either:
- A 90‑day KPI plan, or
- A 90‑day lead‑generation strategy, or
- A 90‑day content + funnel roadmap
This demonstrates their ability to deliver 100+ qualified leads per month.
