To apply for this role, you will already have:

Experience working in a role that required analytical thinking, problem solving and collaboration with stakeholders.

Analytical skills, including requirements validation, root cause analysis, use case development, and process modelling.

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
It would be beneficial if you also have one of the following (although these are not essential):

Experience in analysing and guiding strategic business change, translating organisational strategy into actionable insights with value realisation.

Experience contributing to projects, business improvement initiatives or organisational change activities.

An understanding of engineering industry standards and best practices.

Collaborate with technical roles and stakeholders to gather, analyse, and refine requirements for a variety of technically orientated projects.

Translate strategic concepts into clear, accessible documentation and insights that make sense to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Design and optimise business processes that enhance efficiency, reduce complexity, and support long-term growth.

Take part in agile ceremonies, ensuring alignment between evolving business needs and technical capabilities throughout the development lifecycle.

Produce insightful reports and visualisations that empower data-driven decisions across stakeholders and business teams.
