Working Pattern
This role requires regular Saturday working and is non-negotiable.
Our ideal working pattern is:
- Tuesday
- Every other Friday
- Every Saturday
Additional hours and days may be negotiated for the right candidate.
You will have the opportunity to work with the latest and most innovative technologies, including:

- Alma Harmony XL PRO (Skin Rejuvenation & Pigmentation)
- Cutera Secret PRO (RF Microneedling & CO2 Laser)
- Hydrafacial
- DermaLux LED Light Therapy
What You’ll Be Doing
- Deliver a range of high-quality skin and laser treatments, including Laser Hair Removal, Hydrafacial, Skin Analysis, RF Microneedling, Chemical Peels, and more
- Carry out detailed consultations, offering expert advice and recommending bespoke treatment plans to suit each client’s needs
- Ensure the highest standards of client care, from consultation through to aftercare support
- Build strong, lasting relationships with your clients, providing them with an exceptional experience every step of the way
- Maintain a high standard of professionalism, ensuring treatments are performed safely and effectively, following strict protocols
- Confidently up-sell and cross-sell treatments and products to support clients in achieving their goals and maximise clinic success
About You
We’re looking for an enthusiastic, professional therapist who is passionate about skin health and aesthetics, and dedicated to delivering outstanding results.
Essential:
- Level 3 (minimum) in Beauty Therapy (Level 4 Beauty advantageous)
- NVQ Level 4 in Laser AND / OR Core of Knowledge certificate (valid)
- At least 1 year’s experience delivering Laser Hair Removal and/or HydraFacial treatments
- Excellent treatment knowledge and a genuine passion for the aesthetics industry
- Confident in performing consultations and recommending treatment plans
- Exceptional client care and communication skills
- High levels of attention to detail and a professional attitude
- Able to work both independently and as part of a team
Desirable (but not essential):
- Experience working with Alma Soprano Titanium, Alma Harmony XL PRO, Cutera Secret PRO, Hydrafacial, or Dermalux devices
