Location: Cardiff & Surrounding Areas
Salary: £40,000 Basic (Negotiable DOE) + Overtime + Company Vehicle + Benefits

What You'll Be Doing

As one of our engineers, you'll be responsible for:

Servicing, maintaining and fault-finding on fire safety systems.
Working on fire alarm systems, intruder alarm and access control systems.
Diagnosing faults efficiently and providing first-class customer service.
Completing small works and new installations where required.
Producing accurate electronic service reports.
Building strong relationships with our customers.
Ensuring all work complies with current British Standards and company procedures.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who:

Has experience within the fire and security industry.
Has excellent fault-finding skills.
Takes pride in delivering quality workmanship.
Has a positive, can-do attitude.
Works well independently and as part of a team.
Holds a full UK driving licence.
Has excellent communication and customer service skills.

Industry qualifications & experience with leading manufacturers is advantageous but not essential.
