To provide support as directed by the Accommodation and Facilities Manager including:

Accommodation:

Processing homestay, campus and other accommodation applications from initial enquiry through to successful enrolment following NILE and INTO admission procedures
Assisting in the recruitment of homestay providers
Carrying out inspection visits of hosts when required: visiting hosts in their homes and working through inspection criteria provided by NILE (training will be provided)

Facilities:

Supporting NILE trainers with queries, IT issues (training will be given) and resources
Responsibility, working with other team members, for keeping the student services office, academic office and classrooms tidy and well-stocked, including the setting up and re-setting of classrooms in advance of and at the end of courses
Ensuring the smooth running of the building and technology. Carrying out daily, weekly and monthly facility and health and safety checks and keeping accurate records

Other duties as required by the line manager.
