Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Domestic Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards within our facilities. This position is essential for ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for all residents and staff. Previous experience in commercial cleaning, janitorial roles, or hospital settings will be highly regarded.

Responsibilities

Perform general cleaning duties, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming to maintain cleanliness throughout the premises.
Ensure that all areas are kept tidy and organised, including common areas, restrooms, and kitchens.
Follow established cleaning protocols to maintain high hygiene standards.
Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel promptly.
Assist with the disposal of waste and recycling in accordance with health and safety regulations.
Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies, ensuring they are used safely and effectively.
Collaborate with other staff members to ensure efficient operations within the facility.

Requirements

Previous experience in commercial cleaning, janitorial work, or hospital or care home environments is preferred.
Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
