Make Every Night Matter

Are you compassionate, patient, and committed to making a positive difference? We're looking for dedicated Awake Night Support Workers to join our friendly team, supporting adults with learning disabilities and autism to live safe, independent, and fulfilling lives.

As an Awake Night Support Worker, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the wellbeing, safety, and comfort of the people we support throughout the night. Every individual is unique, so you'll provide personalised support that respects their choices, routines, and communication needs.

About the Role

During your awake night shift, you will:

Provide person-centred support tailored to individuals’ needs.
Carry out regular wellbeing, health, and safety checks.
Support individuals who wake during the night, offering reassurance and practical assistance.
Assist with personal care (if required) while promoting dignity, privacy, and independence.
Support individuals who may experience anxiety, sensory needs, or dysregulated behaviours using positive behaviour support approaches.
Administer or assist with medication in line with training and company policies.
Complete accurate records, incident reports, and detailed handovers.
Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable home environment.
Respond calmly and appropriately to emergencies, following safeguarding and health and safety procedures.

Previous experience in social care is welcomed but not essential. We value your attitude and commitment just as much as your experience, and full training will be provided.

Right to work in the UK.
Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
