Dance Instructor (Freelance, Part-Time)

Location: Stroud - Gloucestershire

We’re building a vibrant dance movement across the UK — and now we’re looking for YOU to help us light up Gloucestershire and beyond.

If you’re passionate about dance, brilliant with young people, and have the ambition to build and grow your own thriving dance community — this is your chance.

We’re not just teaching dance. We’re inspiring confidence, building life skills, and creating tomorrow’s leaders — while also giving you the opportunity to become one yourself.

We’re looking for more than “just” a dance instructor — we want someone with entrepreneurial spirit who’s excited about growing classes, opening new locations, and even managing a team of instructors as the area expands.

Start part-time, freelance (4–16 hours/week), but grow as big as you want
Lead your own classes and build your personal student base — your earnings grow with your success

What you’ll be doing:

Running exciting, high-energy dance classes (street, hip-hop, contemporary) for ages 3–18
Creating brilliant choreography for shows, competitions, and performances
Inspiring students to build their confidence, skills, and teamwork
Delivering after-school clubs, holiday workshops, and even birthday parties
Promoting your classes and growing your student base (with our help)
Supporting and collaborating with other instructors as the team grows
Taking on opportunities to launch and manage new locations as you develop

What we’re looking for:

We need someone with more than just dance skills — we’re looking for someone with vision, drive, and leadership.

At least 1 year of teaching experience and experience working with children
Confidence running your own classes and creating choreography
A genuine passion for dance and inspiring others
Entrepreneurial mindset and the ambition to grow your own area and team
Great communication skills and a positive, can-do attitude
A valid driving licence and your own transport (you’ll be travelling locally)
DBS check (we can help you get one) and first aid certificate (or willingness to get one)
