Full job description

Bowlts is an independent firm of Rural Practice Chartered Surveyors established in 1991. The firm currently employs 15 people and our head office is at Pluscarden, by Elgin.

We are seeking to recruit a Secretary to assist within our busy Secretarial/Admin Department. Applicants must have previous secretarial experience and be computer literate, numerate with experience in use of the Microsoft Office suite. A current driving licence and use of a car would be essential.

Duties will include:-

· secretarial assistance to professional staff, as required;

· assistance with our administrative systems/IT/office equipment systems;

· assistance with all other aspects of office housekeeping, office procurement and general office caretaking;

· reception duties;

· any other secretarial/admin duties, as required.

The position is office based and we will consider applications from those looking for either part-time or full-time hours. Our standard, full time hours are Monday to Friday, 9.00 am to 5.15 pm, with 45 minutes lunch break.

Salary will be negotiable, but we are committed to rewarding initiative and hard work.
