As our product portfolio continues to grow, we're looking for a commercially minded Product & Portfolio Analyst to help shape how our products are positioned, managed and brought to market.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys combining commercial analysis with strategic thinking. Working across Marketing, Sales, Design, Finance and Product Development, you'll ensure our product portfolio is data-led, market-focused and positioned for long-term success.If you enjoy turning insight into action and want to influence the future direction of an award-winning brand, we'd love to hear from you.

What you'll be doing

As Product & Portfolio Analyst, you'll play a key role in managing and developing the Orangebox product portfolio. You'll:

Analyse product performance and market trends to support commercial decision-making.
Manage the product lifecycle, identifying opportunities for growth, development and portfolio optimisation.
Support the development of product roadmaps and business cases for new product introductions.
Own and maintain the Global Price List, ensuring pricing information is accurate and communicated effectively.
Ensure product specifications, technical information and digital product data remain accurate and up to date.
Work closely with Marketing to support successful product launches with clear positioning and compelling value propositions.
Translate technical product information into engaging, customer-focused messaging.
Provide product expertise and commercial insight to Sales teams across the UK and EMEA.
Monitor competitor activity, market trends and customer needs to identify new opportunities.
Produce insightful reports, dashboards and performance analysis to support strategic business decisions.

What we're looking for

We're looking for a commercially minded professional who enjoys combining data, products and market insight to drive better business decisions.You'll have:

Experience in product management, product marketing or portfolio management, ideally within a B2B manufacturing or design-led environment.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data, pricing and market trends.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate technical information into clear, customer-focused messaging.
Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
A collaborative approach and the confidence to build relationships across Marketing, Sales, Design and Finance.
Experience with CRM systems and product data management tools; knowledge of pCon or the furniture industry would be an advantage.
