We are currently seeking an enthusiastic Front Office Porter at Rookery Hall Hotel & Spa, part of Hand Picked Hotels.

What will the role involve?
As a Front Office Porter, you’ll be one of the first friendly faces our guests meet. You’ll welcome and engage with guests throughout their stay, offering personalised service and thoughtful recommendations that showcase your knowledge of the hotel and local area.
You’ll assist with arrivals, valet parking, luggage, and guest orientation, ensuring a smooth and memorable experience from the moment they step through the door. Strong teamwork and clear communication with all departments are essential, helping deliver seamless service and awareness of daily activities.

This is a casual contract and will require working a variety of shifts including weekends which may vary depending on business.
Flexible working hours can be accommodated where possible.

- You will have passion and pride in delivering exceptional, high-quality, personalised service to ensure our guests experiences are memorable.
- You will have previous experience working in Front office in a luxury four or five star hotel.
- Strong local knowledge is essential, enabling you to offer insightful suggestions about the surrounding area and nearby places of interest.
- A valid clean driving licence in order to valet park guest cars.
