Demand & Forecasting Specialist
At the heart of every great home is thoughtful planning and the same goes for our products. We’re looking for someone who can bring clarity, curiosity and a touch of intuition to our forecasting, helping us get the right pieces into the right homes at the right time.

Work your way, together
We’re a hybrid business, which means you’ll have flexibility alongside time together with your team. In this role, you can expect 2-3 days a week in the office or on-site, helping you stay connected, collaborate and do your best work for our customers.
- Owning forecast accuracy for your category, delivering a stable and reliable plan in line with agreed targets
- Continuously improving forecasts by learning from past performance and refining your approach
- Working closely with Buying, Merchandising and other teams to reflect key events and promotions in forecasts
- Creating event-led forecasts for key moments in the calendar (like our Winter Sale)
- Reviewing weekly forecast exceptions and making sure they reflect real customer demand and trends
- Keeping a close eye on new products, ensuring they’re set up correctly and positioned for success
- Turning demand trends into actionable insight in partnership with Merchandising
- Sharing clear, simple forecast assumptions and outcomes with stakeholders across the business
- Joining cross-functional conversations to keep forecasts aligned with wider business plans
- Anticipating how events may shape future demand and planning ahead where possible
- Spotting and challenging master data issues that could impact forecasting and replenishment
- Leading pre- and post-event analysis to understand what worked (and what didn’t)
- Staying curious about new tools and techniques, making the most of what our F&R systems can offer
- Explaining and justifying any changes you make to forecasts with confidence
- Constructively challenging commercial assumptions when something doesn’t quite stack up
Someone who asks “why?”, not just “what”. You’ll be comfortable working with data, but equally confident speaking to people and shaping conversations. You don’t need to have all the answers but you will need a good instinct, a collaborative mindset, and the confidence to challenge when needed.

A background in demand planning or a similar role, with a good understanding of forecasting principles.
