We are looking for an ambitious and motivated Graduate Management Trainee to join our structured rotational development programme. This is an excellent opportunity for a graduate who wants to build commercial, technical, operational and leadership experience across multiple business functions, with a clear pathway towards a future management role. You will gain hands-on exposure to key areas of the business, supported by mentoring, training and practical field experience.
What you’ll be doing:
- Rotate across core business areas including Business Development, Contracts, Refrigeration Service, HSEQ, Procurement and Fleet, HR and IT.
- Work alongside experienced colleagues and mentors to build knowledge of departmental processes, targets and priorities.
- Take ownership of assigned tasks and projects, ensuring work is completed accurately and on time.
- Develop commercial awareness, including an understanding of budgets, tenders, costs, targets and business performance.
- Build strong communication skills through collaboration with internal teams, clients and suppliers.
- Undertake technical and professional training to support your development.
- Gain field-based experience to understand operational environments and customer needs.
- Work safely and in line with health, safety, quality and environmental procedures at all times.
What we’re looking for:
- A recent graduate, or someone at the start of their professional career, with a strong interest in business and management.

- Strong organisational, written and verbal communication skills.

We are looking for a graduate with a Business, Finance, Engineering or Maths based background would be advantageous.
Location requirement:
This role will require regular availability to attend the Birmingham office to ensure you can fully participate in each division. However, graduates will have the opportunity to regularly work in the field, alongside hybrid working.

Pay: £28,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
