Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Job Planning & Office Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating project schedules, managing office operations, and supporting various administrative functions to ensure smooth workflow. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with strong communication and organisational skills to contribute to the efficiency of our organisation. The position is paid and suitable for candidates with relevant office, clerical, and supervisory experience.

Duties

Develop and manage detailed project plans, schedules, and timelines to ensure timely delivery of tasks.
Oversee daily office operations, including filing, correspondence, and record keeping.
Utilise QuickBooks for invoicing, budgeting, and financial tracking purposes.
Supervise administrative staff and coordinate team activities to optimise productivity.
Assist with human resources functions such as onboarding new employees, maintaining personnel records, and supporting staff development initiatives.
Manage communication channels effectively, including answering phone calls with professional etiquette and liaising with clients and suppliers.
Organise meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
Ensure organisational compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
Support the planning of upcoming projects by allocating resources and scheduling tasks accordingly.

Skills

Proven experience in office administration or clerical roles with a strong organisational aptitude.
Proficiency in QuickBooks accounting software.
Demonstrated team management and supervising experience.
Knowledge of human resources processes and best practices.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional phone etiquette.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively under pressure.
Attention to detail in handling administrative documentation and project planning.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. This role is ideal for motivated individuals seeking to utilise their organisational expertise within a dynamic office setting while supporting project planning activities across our organisation.

Pay: £9,080.00-£9,090.00 per year
