- Lead the marketing team to execute campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, social media, and offline platforms.
- Analyse market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
- Collaborate with sales and product teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
- Manage marketing budgets and measure campaign effectiveness.
- Enhance brand awareness and reputation within the construction industry communities.
- Drive lead generation and customer engagement initiatives.

- Email marketing
- Videography/copywriting and editing skills would be an advantage
- Qualifications
- Proven experience in marketing leadership, preferably within the construction, property, or training industries.
