Brand Ambassador (Freelance)

Croci Collective is looking for confident, energetic, and outgoing individuals to represent some of the UK's leading consumer brands at events, exhibitions, shopping centres, and promotional campaigns across the country (London, Manchester, Liverpool, Birmingham and Bristol)

This is a customer-facing role where you'll be engaging with members of the public, introducing exclusive offers, and creating positive brand experiences. No two days are the same, and you'll have the opportunity to work at a variety of exciting locations while earning through an uncapped commission structure.

What You'll Be Doing

Representing top FMCG subscription brands at live events and promotional campaigns
Engaging with customers in a friendly, professional, and confident manner
Explaining subscription, and promotional offers
Building rapport quickly and creating memorable customer interactions
Working independently and as part of a wider events team
Attending local campaigns or travelling to events across the UK, depending on your availability and preferences

Earnings & Opportunity

Typical earnings range from £30,000 to £60,000+ OTE per year (performance dependent)
Many of our top performers significantly exceed this level
Uncapped commission structure – your earnings are directly linked to your results
Self-employed (freelance) opportunities available immediately
Flexible working patterns to fit around your availability

Training & Development

Full product and sales worshop provided prior to your first assignment
Ongoing coaching and support from experienced team members
Opportunities to shadow top performers and learn proven techniques
Clear pathways for development and progression within the business

What We're Looking For

Previous experience in sales, Events, Door to door, promotions, fundraising, or other customer-facing roles is advantageous
Strong communication skills and fluent English (A must)
Confidence speaking to new people and building relationships
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Comfortable working towards performance-based targets
Availability for weekend events where possible
Willingness to travel for campaigns when required (up to 50%)
Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle is beneficial but not essential
