Overview
Taiso is an independent gymnastics club in Swansea dedicated to developing young athletes. We pride ourselves on providing high-quality coaching in our recreational gymnastics classes in a professional, supportive environment. With 320 young members and 21 classes per week, we are looking for enthusiastic and qualified coaches to join our expanding team.
The Role
We are seeking reliable and passionate Gymnastics Coaches to deliver engaging and progressive sessions. You will work with groups of 8-9 gymnasts of various ages and abilities. This is an excellent opportunity for coaches who want to develop their skills, gain experience in a dynamic club environment, and potentially grow with our gymnastics club.
Requirements
- Level 2 Gymnastics Coaching qualification or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience in coaching gymnastics.
- Ability to work evenings (4-8pm) and contribute to a flexible schedule.
- Enthusiasm for coaching and positive athlete development.
- Enthusiastic team player with a passion for sports education and athlete development.
- Understanding of safeguarding principles.
- Confidence in hands-on supporting gymnasts.
