The Forge is a premium sauna and cold plunge wellness experience opening in South Wales. We’re creating a community centred around recovery, longevity, performance and wellbeing.

We’re looking for someone creative, proactive and passionate about building a brand from the ground up.

Responsibilities

Manage Instagram, TikTok and Facebook
Plan monthly content calendars
Film and edit short-form videos (Reels/TikTok)
Create engaging captions
Schedule daily posts
Reply to comments and DMs
Grow our local audience
Work with local influencers and gyms
Capture behind-the-scenes content
Report monthly analytics
Suggest new ideas and trends

Requirements

Experience growing business social accounts
Strong video editing skills (CapCut or similar)
Excellent copywriting
Understand Instagram and TikTok algorithms
Confident filming content
Able to travel to our location weekly
Organised and reliable

Nice to Have

Experience in hospitality, fitness or wellness
Photography skills
Paid advertising experience

Hours

Approximately 8–15 hours per week, increasing after launch.

Pay: £100.00-£200.00 per month

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Caerphilly (Caerphilly)
