Full job description

B A Bush and Son Ltd, part of the Bush Group, are a 4th generational family run business based in Horncastle, Lincolnshire. We are proud to present multiple branches across the East of England which are staffed by industry experts.

Due to an internal promotion, we are currently recruiting for an experienced Vehicle Technician to join the team at our branch in Kings Lynn. As part of the small team, your role will be integral to delivering a high standard of customer service.

The branch is a busy hub delivering a first-class tyre and fast-fit service to our customers, in addition to mobile fitting for car, HGV and agricultural customers and distribution operations.

Tyres are our bread and butter, but that’s not all we do! Day to day you will be;

Carrying out pressure checks or puncture repairs, advising customers on tyre wear
Removing, fitting and balancing car, van and 4x4 tyres
Carrying out wheel alignment checks and adjustments
Assisting with fast fit/service work, such as carrying out free battery or brake checks and replacing parts

What do we need from you?

A Level 3 qualification in Light Vehicle Maintenance is desirable, but proven experience in a similar role is essential.

This role is 42 hours per week within our operating hours, Monday-Friday and Saturday mornings on a rota basis.

Pay: Up to £29,000.00 per year
