We’re looking for a new member to join our events team to assist with the 2026 wedding season at Happy Valley Norfolk
This is a varied, hands-on role within our wedding and events team, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, genuinely loves people, and is happy turning their hand to whatever the day requires.
The role will include:
- Wedding coordination and supporting couples throughout the lead up to their day
- Liaising with couples, suppliers and guests professionally and confidently
- Wedding and event setup
- Drinks order preparation and stock organisation
- Supporting bar operations when needed
- General site work and helping across all areas of the business
- Assisting with the smooth running of weddings and events from start to finish
This is a part-time, seasonal role with weekend availability essential, particularly throughout peak wedding season. Hours will vary depending on weddings, events and business needs.
We’re looking for someone who:
- Is calm, proactive and organised under pressure
- Has excellent people skills and strong attention to detail
- Is happy working both independently and as part of a team
- Understands that no two days here are the same
- Is practical, flexible and willing to get stuck in
- Has hospitality, events or wedding experience (preferred but not essential)
Although the role is initially for the season, there is potential for it to grow into something longer-term for the right person as the business continues to evolve.

Pay: From £14.50 per hour
