What We Offer:
Year 1 OTE: £29,000–£35,000.
- £25,776 base salary + £4,000–£12,000 commission During the 18 months of training.
- CeMAP qualification fully funded – all exams, study materials, and support included.
- Post-qualification salary: £27,000 base + £4,000 commission (OTE £31,000)
- Qualified Adviser salaries: £28,000 base with OTE up to £75,000+

Working Hours:
During Training (18 months):
- 2 days: 9AM–6PM
- 2 days: 11AM–8PM
- Friday: 9AM–5PM
- 1 Weekend per month.
After Training:
Same weekday shifts.
What You’ll Do:
- Speak with customers who already want help (no cold calling)
- Build relationships, understand needs, guide people through big financial decisions
- Learn the end-to-end mortgage process — we handle the admin so you can focus on customers
- Receive structured coaching, mentoring, and everything you need to become a high-performing Mortgage Adviser
