Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Chef de Partie to join our professional culinary team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and cooking high-quality dishes in accordance with our restaurant’s standards. Responsibilities
- Prepare, cook, and present dishes in line with menu specifications and quality standards
- Assist in the development of new recipes and menu items, ensuring consistency across all dishes
- Oversee specific sections of the kitchen, such as grill, pastry, or sauté stations, ensuring efficient workflow
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of workstations in compliance with food safety regulations
- Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory management to ensure ingredients are available for service
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely delivery of orders and excellent customer service
- Adhere strictly to food safety standards, including proper handling, storage, and sanitation procedures
- Serve dishes to guests when required, ensuring presentation meets company standards
Requirements
- Proven experience in a similar role within a busy restaurant or hotel environment
- Strong skills in food preparation, cooking, and meal presentation
- Knowledge of culinary techniques across various cuisines
- Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices in kitchen hygiene
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to work efficiently under pressure
- Previous experience working in a restaurant setting is highly desirable
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required
- Good communication skills and a team-oriented attitude

Pay: £24,420.00-£30,000.00 per year
