About the Role

We are seeking a Customer Service Supervisor to oversee customer service operations for our retail appliance store and online sales platform. The successful candidate will supervise and coordinate the customer service team, ensure excellent customer support, and contribute to improving service quality and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

* Directly supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the customer service team.

* Handle complex customer enquiries, complaints, returns, exchanges, and warranty claims.

* Liaise with customers and internal departments to resolve service and operational issues.

* Develop and support training for customer service staff.

* Establish and monitor staff rotas and workloads to meet business requirements.

* Monitor customer feedback and discuss service improvements with management.

* Maintain accurate customer service records and prepare service reports.

* Ensure a high standard of customer service across the retail store, telephone, email, and online sales platform.

Skills & Requirements

* Previous experience in customer service; supervisory experience is preferred.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

* Strong problem-solving and complaint-handling abilities.

* Ability to supervise, motivate, and develop a team.

* Good organisational and time management skills.

* Proficient in Microsoft Office and customer service systems.

* Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.

Pay: £25,420.00-£33,500.00 per year
