Full job description

Due to a new opportunity with our client BAM (known as EGL2), we are recruitinga Food Service Assistant to join our growing Entier global family.

BAM are based in the outskirts of Boddum, Peterhead, Aberdeenshire where Entier will provide a catering service to the personnel onsite within the welfare facility.

Main responsibilities of the role are:

· Assist with the preparation of services offer and the serving of all meals and branded beverages to customers, always ensuring great customer service.

· Using the EPOS till, serve customers and cash up at the end of service.

· Ensure that the kitchen and service areas are clean and tidy, assisting with waste removal and washing up.

· Ensuring health and safety regulations are always followed

· Complete any administration as requested including food temperatures, wastage and cleaning schedules

· Assisting in the effective management of stock and portion control.

· Assist with stores and deliveries when arrive in a prompt manner.

· Be able to comply with legislation and follow all rules and regulations and unit policy statements, with regard to uniform, personal hygiene, health and safety.

· Ability to work under pressure whilst maintaining a positive attitude.

We offer an excellent rate of pay at £13.84 per hour.

The hours for this role are Monday to Friday 8.30am to 3.30pm (35 hours per week)
