Overview

Join our dynamic team as a Mobile Repair Technician and become a vital part of delivering exceptional service in the electronics repair industry. In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a wide range of mobile devices, ensuring customer satisfaction through expert technical skills and professional customer service. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your mechanical and electrical expertise while working in a fast-paced, innovative environment dedicated to excellence.

Responsibilities

Diagnose hardware and software issues in various mobile devices using schematics and technical manuals
Perform repairs including replacing screens, batteries, charging ports, and other components with precision welding and soldering techniques
Utilize programmable logic controllers (PLCs) to troubleshoot and manage device functions where applicable
Conduct routine maintenance on repair tools and equipment to ensure optimal performance
Read and interpret schematics for complex electronic circuits to facilitate accurate repairs
Provide excellent customer service by explaining repair processes, timelines, and device care tips
Supervise junior technicians or apprentices, guiding them through repair procedures and safety protocols

Skills

Strong electrical experience with a solid understanding of circuit boards, wiring, and electronic components
Mechanical knowledge related to device assembly/disassembly and component replacement
Proficiency in reading schematics and technical diagrams for troubleshooting purposes
Skilled in welding techniques used for repairing or securing electronic parts
Experience with maintenance of repair tools and electronic testing equipment
Leadership qualities with supervising experience in a technical environment
Excellent communication skills in English for clear documentation and customer interactions
Customer service orientation with the ability to handle inquiries professionally
