Responsibilities:
As Operational Events Manager you will be hands on role. Your duties will include:-
Overall responsibility for delivering excellent service in a fast paced quality C&E operation, with key segments of weddings, Client events and small meetings, ensuring the highest of standards and excellent customer service.

Working closely with General Manager and Sales Manager

Oversee all operational aspects of events, from planning to execution

Lead and manage a large variable team

Manage budgets, coordinate logistics, and ensure compliance with safety regulations

Liaise with clients to understand their event objectives and needs
-
Compile rotas in line with budget and business needs
-
Conduct post-event evaluations to assess success and identify improvement areas
Who you are:

Have knowledge and experience of working within the events and hospitality industry

Previous experience of managing a team

Excellent people management and communication skills

Excellent organisational skills
-
Flexible in regards to working hour

Able to work in a pressurised environment and able to multi- task
